I visited the Nottingham Long Row which is now using Halal Beef. There is still bacon used here but it's cooked and handled on a completely separate grill. As always, I went for my go to order - Cheeseburger with Cajun fries and a Peanut Butter Shake. For 10.65 a double cheeseburger with unlimited sauces and toppings isn't bad at all and their Cajun fries are just too good. Also their shakes are just the best - no debate there. I also tried their halal hotdog for the first time. Probably the best hotdog I've had. The quality of the beef sausage in the brioche roll was a winner. If you've never tried Five Guys, definitely worth trying as there's a lot of options for customisations!

10/10 always recommend this branch. Not only is it safe for me to eat here with Coeliac, but the staff are always truly lovely, with fantastic customer service. I was served by Lucy late last Sunday and she really made my day. The food was perfect too. Makes me imagine the workplace culture is great as the vibe is unlike the rest of the fast food places.

had the pleasure of dining at Five Guys, and as someone who visited their restaurant in Malaysia before, I can confidently say that they consistently deliver an exceptional dining experience. The quality of their burgers and fries remains unmatched, and the customizable options allow you to create a meal that suits your exact taste preferences. The staff is always friendly and attentive, making each visit a pleasant one. Five Guys is definitely a top choice for burger lovers, and it's a place I'll keep coming back to for their delicious food and welcoming atmosphere. Visited a second time. Didn't want to miss their burger . Bacon cheeseburger... happy customer as always..

Always love five guys burgers, always consistently good and delicious burgers, excellent fries and amazing shakes! Staff were friendly and happy to help, service was fast and food was prepared quickly. Sat upstairs and enjoyed the view over the market place For some reason the toilets require a code which is printed on the bottom of the receipt so make sure to check that if you need to use the toilet in a hurry, genuinely don't understand the need for this. Music was a bit too loud to be comfortable downstairs but much better upstairs will definitely return.

First time trying from the Five Guys breakfast menu and you can really taste the quality. Egg wasn’t messy, the bacon was crispy and added such a good texture along with the cheese which doesn’t taste plastic. I had the Bacon, Egg and Cheese Sandwich. Seems expensive but it’s just so worth it every time ! So glad they deliver to me now - Also a girl rang us to ask a question about our order. The staff always deliver impeccable customer service. 5 star

Burgers are tasty, freshly made and handed with a smile by the beautiful staff - shoutout to the two lovely staff who was working there Thursday 15 May 2025 around 11.14pm as you two were holding down the fort so well given the crazy wildlife (drunks and dramatics throughout the night) lol. Will be back again for sure! Their milkshakes stole the show absolutely top tier

Lucy was really helpful , kind and polite. The customer service was really good and I will return. The restaurant was clean and chairs and tables were clean. Bins where not over flowing and well kept and maintained

Without any doubt the best fast food I ever tried .. yes it is a bit more expensive but in my opinion if you don't eat fast food every week and want good quality , this is the best option, the meat is just superior to burger king or McDonald's.. potatoes the same , they cut them there , you can personally your burger without paying more for it so... The meat is so much better, first time here and I didn't regret it a bit .
